Shipping rates
Rates are based on weight, destination and service. We use calculated shipping as we have many different products and we ship worldwide. Weight includes the weight of the product(s) and packaging materials. There are a few options of carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.) and options of services (Standard, Express etc.).
We’ve shipped to over 90 countries so far! And we continue to add new customers to our global shipping map. We mail orders Monday - Friday from 9-5pm Est. - excluding national holidays.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Late Orders and Delays
Orders may be delayed in transit. This is often due to the carrier's fault and not something out of our control. Our estimated delivery time is just an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. If an order is late due to shipping delays, you can return the item to us for a full refund.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
ToyShnip ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 1 business day.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
ToyShnip is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). The customs invoice label includes the cost of the items. We will not change that price or mark it as a "gift" to avoid taxes.
Damages
We take pride on how we pack our products. We will use bubble wrap and other items to protect your product. Please let us know if a product arrived damaged due to our packaging. However, ToyShnip is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping due to the fault of the shipping carrier. If you received your order damaged, please let us know so we can contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
