Eligibility for a Return (Refund or Exchange)

Damaged items:

If an item arrives damaged, we will need photos showing the damage. If this is an expensive item, we may have to open a claim with the shipper and will need buyer cooperation (and keeping the item/box/packaging).

If there is no need for a claim, we will issue a prepaid return label to return the item. Once we get the item back, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund.

Please let us know as soon as you discover the item arrived damaged. To be eligible for a return of a refund, you have to inform us within 30 days from the delivery day.

Please contact us immediately if a product has arrived damaged. We will contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim for you. Save all packaging materials, in addition to the product and shipping box, as the postal service may want to inspect the package. Please email photographs of the damaged package and its contents to: office@toyshnip.com

Returns not due to damage:

• All items are eligible for a return for up to 30 days from the delivery date.
• To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• We do not accept items that have stickers on them or any changes/damages to original packaging.

• All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be the order number or the original invoice that came with the item. We can also use the e-mail or phone number associated with the order to locate it in our system.

• Gift cards are non-refundable.

Shipping Your Return

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. If the item is damaged due to shipping, we may cover return shipping. Please contact us for eligibility and a return shipping label: office@toyshnip.com

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

If you are return shipping an item valued at $75 or more, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to minimize risk. Without trackable services, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt of the item and verify approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, our refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

The refund should appear within 5 working days of our receipt, however this may vary based on the method of payment.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If we receive a package back from the shipping company/courier due to the address provided being undeliverable, then you will be responsible for non-delivery of the product.
• If the order does not make it to its destination and is delayed in a local post office, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier before receiving a reshipment\refund.
• If you have entered a wrong shipping information, you are not eligible for a reshipment or a refund.
• We do not refund shipping costs for items returned due to changed mind.

Partial Refunds

• There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, please email us at office@toyshnip.com and we will consider your request on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to refuse a return request after 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

• It may take some time before your refund is processed and officially posted.
• If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company.
• If you still have not received your refund after a reasonable amount of time, please contact us at office@toyshnip.com
• If the order does not make it to its destination and is delayed in a local post office, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier before receiving a reshipment\refund.
• If you have entered a wrong shipping information, you are not eligible for a reshipment or a refund.
• We do not refund shipping items returned due to changed mind.
• We do not provide refunds for shipping.

A refund can only be issued to the original method of payment. If you received the item as a gift, you can request a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you. In these cases, please contact us at office@toyshnip.com

Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged due to our error.
• The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on where you live.
• If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please email us at office@toyshnip.com and mail your item to:
