Eligibility for a Return (Refund or Exchange)

Damaged Items:

If an item arrives damaged, we will need photos showing the damage. If this is an expensive item, we may need to open a claim with the shipper and will need your cooperation (keeping the item/box/packaging).

If no claim is needed, we will issue a prepaid return label to return the item. Once we receive the item back, we will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund.

Please let us know immediately if your item arrived damaged. To be eligible for a return or refund, you must inform us within 30 days from the delivery day.

Returns Not Due to Damage:

• Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, in the same condition that you received it.
• We do not accept items with stickers on them or any changes/damages to original packaging.
• All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be the order number, the original invoice, or the email/phone number associated with the order.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.

Shipping Your Return

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was damaged during shipping. If that’s the case, please contact us for eligibility and a return shipping label: office@toyshnip.com

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

If you are returning an item valued at $75 or more, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to minimize risk. Without a tracking service, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt of the item and verify approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

The refund should appear within 5 business days of our receipt, but this may vary depending on your payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If we receive a package back due to the address being undeliverable, you will be responsible for non-delivery.
• If your order is delayed at a local post office, you are responsible for contacting the carrier before receiving a reshipment or refund.
• If you entered incorrect shipping information, you are not eligible for a reshipment or refund.
• We do not refund shipping costs for items returned due to a change of mind.

Partial Refunds

• Partial refunds may be granted for the following cases:
• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (for any reason not due to our error).
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery. Please email us at office@toyshnip.com for consideration on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse a return request after 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

• If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company.
• If you still haven’t received your refund after a reasonable amount of time, please contact us at office@toyshnip.com.
• If your order is delayed in a local post office, customers are responsible for contacting the carrier before receiving a reshipment or refund.
• If incorrect shipping information was entered, you are not eligible for a reshipment or refund.
• We do not refund shipping costs for items returned due to a change of mind.

A refund can only be issued to the original method of payment. If you received the item as a gift, you can request a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. Please contact us at office@toyshnip.com.

Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged due to our error.
• The time for the exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on your location.
