Eligibility for a Return (Refund or Exchange)

  • All items are eligible for a return for up to 30 days from the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be the order number or the original invoice that came with the item. We can also use the e-mail or phone number associated with the order to locate it in our system.
  • Please contact us immediately if a product has arrived damaged. We will contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim for you. Shipping Your Return

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. If the item is damaged due to shipping, we may cover return shipping. Please contact us for eligibility and a return shipping label:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

If you are return shipping an item valued at $75 or more, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to minimize risk. Without trackable services, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt of the item and verify approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, our refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

The refund should appear within 5 working days of our receipt, however this may vary based on the method of payment.

Partial Refunds
