We use calculated shipping (instead of “free” shipping that is added to the price of the item) to allow customers from all over the world to enjoy our products at the best prices. Rates are based on weight, destination and service. Weight includes the weight of the product(s) and packaging materials. There are a variety of options for carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.) and services (Standard, Express, etc.) for your selection.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, so please take handling time into account. USPS/UPS shipping times are calculated from the time the item was shipped, after processing time. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or U.S. national holidays.
During high volume of orders (mainly during the holiday season) and inclement weather, shipments may be delayed by a few more days.
Other possible reasons for late delivery include the following:
- Incorrect address
- Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
- International customs procedures
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can find your tracking information on the Track My Order link in the footer area of our website.
We take pride in how we pack our products. However, please take into consideration that sometimes damage to packages may occur during shipping.
If a product has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and email photographs to: email@example.com. We will contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim for you. Save all packaging materials and the damaged package and its contents, as the postal service may want to inspect it.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on weight, destination and service. You can use USPS shipping calculator to get an estimate on shipping costs. However, on rare occasions, when multiple items are ordered, our system may over estimate the shipping cost. If when shipping out your order, the actual cost is lower by 20% or $5 (The higher figure) then what you paid at checkout, we will issue you a refund for the difference. ToyShnip knows shipping costs are necessary for orders, but tries to keep it as low and true as possible.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
ToyShnip ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
ToyShnip is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
The customs invoice label includes the cost of the items. We will not change that price or mark it as a "gift" to avoid taxes.
